How to update your billing information
To manage your billing information, within your Shopblocks account, click My Account in the bottom left corner:
In the My Account area, click Manage Billing:
This will show you the billing portal:
Updating your account information
To update the name and email on your billing account, click Account Information:
This will show you the name and email attached to your billing account. To edit these click on the name:
And make your edits on the edit screen, before pressing Update to save:
Updating your billing address
To update your billing address click Billing & Shipping Addresses:
Then click the address you wish to edit:
Change the address details as required and press Update to save:
Updating your payment method
To update your payment method click Payment Methods:
When updating your payment method, you can add a payment method via the Add New button, or edit an existing payment method by clicking on the payment method details and updating the card information:
When you click Add New, you will be able to enter completely new card details and click Add to save it on your account:
If you have more than one payment method saved to your billing account you will be able to choose which is your primary and which is your fallback payment method.
How to view and download previous invoices
To view and download your previous invoices, click Billing History:
You will then see a list view of all previous payments and the ability to download the invoice as a PDF:
