To create a hyperlink (a link to somewhere else on the web), highlight the section of text you wish to turn into a link and click on the ‘Hyperlink’ button (the chain links). In the popup window that appears, enter the address of where you want the link to take your users making sure to include ‘http://’ before the ‘www’.

If you want the link to open in a new window when clicked, check the ‘Open in new window’ checkbox. Once you have finished click on ‘Insert Link’ and your link will be created and will be underlined to show you it is a link.

To delete a hyperlink, click on it and select the ‘Unlink’ (broken chain link) button.

To edit a hyperlink, click on it and select the Hyperlink (chain link) button again. You can then make your changes in the popup window and click Insert Link once you have finished.
