Cancel an Order

    This action cannot be undone. Double check that you want to cancel this order before you continue.

    1. Go to Orders.

    2. Click on the order you wish to cancel.

    3. Click on Actions and click on Cancel Order. If you do not see the Cancel Order option, make sure that there are no payments that have been processed for this order. Orders with payments must be refunded.

    4. Double check that you want to cancel this order. If you are certain then click on Yes, cancel this order.

    5. Your order has now been canceled.
