You can see your delivery settings by going to Settings in the admin area:

Then click Manage Deliveries:



To see this on your front end website, you can test it by selecting a product and adding items to the basket:

Checkout as a guest: 

Then click Continue to Delivery: 

Then going to the delivery address stage of the checkout and checking the available options:

You don't have to go through and pay for the order to see this section.
