The actions menu allows you to run certain processes quickly without having to leave the order’s page.
Dispatch will set the order status to Dispatched and inform the customer of this change. This should usually be done after payment has been received from the customer, however this is not mandatory and an order can be dispatched before hand. A popup box will ask you to select a courier and tracking number if applicable.
Cancel Order will stop this order from progressing any further. A popup box will confirm if you want to continue with this option. This action cannot be undone, once an order is cancelled then it is cancelled forever.
Edit Customer will open a popup window where you can quickly make changes to the customer information for this order. You can specify if you want to make these changes to the customer’s record or to just change the details for only this order.
Email Invoice will email an invoice for this order to the customer’s email listed in the Delivery Information section.
Everything under the Print header will generate a PDF in a new tab where you can quickly print, save, or email them to the customer.
